I just had to come here to write a review and rave about how much I LOVE this skirt. It is so hard to find what I consider modest now as most skirts all hug the butt. I ordered a 2xl which was slightly smaller than my actual measurements, but have learnt if I go slightly smaller it fits better.
This skirt is so well thought out and designed! Please don’t ever get rid of it. The dimensions and fit are superb for my curvy figure! Colour is beautiful. The “rips” are patched from inside the skirt so they are modest and stylish without showing skin through them!!! The knee area has a stretchy thicker material that is just brilliant as it allows movement without destroying the knees or causing sagging. I got 27” which is a perfect length and I am just about 5’ 6” hits me right above midcalf where I like it. The material is slightly thicker, but also stretchy and light.
The only cons about the skirt I’ve seen so far is the front pockets are “short” so your phone could fall out if you keep it in your pocket, and the hips are a bit wide (bow out a tad too far) however that will probably keep the skirt from stretching out and sagging because of my butt and also reduces the amount the skirt rides up when you sit down. This is definitely my new go to denim skirt store! Forget the rest!
The waist is slightly larger which is wonderful since I am almost 20 weeks pregannt and couldn’t wear my other skirts.
I am so pleased with these JDA exclusives!! The denim is so stretchy and comfy. Good quality skirt! I am 5’ 8” and the 27” length is the perfect length in my opinion. I highly recommend this skirt.
The fabric is a nice heavyweight denim material. Made very sturdy. I like it because it’s different. It’s not just a plain denim skirt. It has a little extra style.
Haven try them but look great except need longer length like aleast 29 /30.
I bought the skirt in a size XL and I am 5'5" and 185 lbs. The skirt fits perfectly and hits below the knee!
