All qualifying returns and exchange request must be submitted within 21 days from when the order was delivered. How do I know if my return qualifies? Just read the qualifications below! Items not received within 30 days from when item was delivered will be denied/rejected.
The cost of return shipping is a flat fee of $6.00 for any number of items. If a customer selects exchange, the customer does not have to pay for additional shipping for their exchanged items to be sent back to them (we'll cover that! 😉)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1.) All qualifying Domestic orders are eligible for one FREE Exchange. If the exchanged item doesn’t work out, customers can return for a refund via store credit.
2.) Exchanges can only be made when selecting a different variant of the same item. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, you will have to select the store credit option. Please note, if an exchanged item becomes out of stock before your exchange has been processed, our system will automatically process your exchange as store credit, which will be sent via email.
3.) The only exception to Final Sale items are item(s) received defected. Please report any defected item(s) received to support@jupedeabby.com, within 3 days from the item(s) were received.
4.) Returns are processed within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from when they were received.
5.) Returns labels will expire for all returns or exchanges NOT received within 30 days from when the original order was delivered.
